Team4Code connects talented software developers and technical specialists from around the world with companies in Europe and the USA. To support our growth, we are looking for a Junior Sourcing Specialist who enjoys searching for strong candidates and building the first connection.

This is an ideal role for someone who wants to start a career in recruitment, learn fast, and grow into a more senior position such as Recruiter or Talent Partner.

About the Role

As a Junior Sourcing Specialist, you will focus on identifying potential developers, engineers, and technical professionals across a variety of platforms. You will build the first contact, assess basic suitability, and pass qualified candidates to the recruiter or the owner of Team4Code.

You will be trained on how to recognize good profiles, how to approach candidates professionally, and how to support the recruitment pipeline.

Your Responsibilities

• Search for developers and technical specialists on platforms such as LinkedIn, job boards, and talent networks

• Pre-screen candidates based on skills, experience, and availability

• Prepare short summaries of qualified profiles

• Add and update candidates in our database

• Maintain contact with potential candidates and build long-term pipelines

• Support recruitment campaigns and employer branding activities

Your Profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (or equivalent professional education)

• Good command of English

• Strong communication skills and a positive, service-oriented attitude

• Curious, motivated, and eager to learn

• Experience in HR, sales, customer service, or IT is a plus but not required

• Well-presented, reliable, and able to work independently

• Proficient with basic computer tools (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace)

• Able to learn new software quickly

• Preferably located in Central/Eastern Europe or Southeast Asia
